Source candidates for open leadership and Home Office positions ? Maintain job ad postings on Applicant Tracking System and other sourcing sites ? Screen applicants and conduct preliminary interviews ? Coordinate management interviews and arrange travel logistics ? Process offer letters, background screenings, and onboarding for new hires What Is Required (Qualifications) ? Degree in human resources, management, communication studies, or related field ? 1 or more years of experience in recruiting positions ? Understanding of Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) guidelines and laws ? Experience with an ATS system, ClearCompany experience is a plus ? Excellent oral and written communication skills How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications) ? Experience working with senior living communities or similar industry ?
