NOW HIRING | Recruiter / Executive Assistant (Remote VA) Healthcare & Veterinary Recruiting Focus
We're looking for a sharp, detail-driven Recruiter / EA who thrives on building systems, managing processes, and owning the full recruitment lifecycle - without needing hand-holding. If you have a background in healthcare or veterinary recruiting and love working in an organized, fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!
📌 What you'll be doing: ✔ Source candidates and build targeted recruitment lists ✔ Conduct outreach and relationship-building with candidates ✔ Write and refine job descriptions and candidate profiles ✔ Decide where to post roles and what messaging works best ✔ Develop and manage a structured follow-up system ✔ Own the end-to-end recruitment process with full quality control
✅ What we're looking for: ✔ Prior recruiting experience (major plus!) ✔ Healthcare and/or veterinary recruitment background (preferred) ✔ Bullhorn (Recruitment CRM) experience - a major plus, but not required! ✔ LinkedIn recruiting and Zoom/virtual outreach experience ✔ Excellent written and verbal communication ✔ EA-level precision - highly organized and detail-oriented
This is a role for someone who can run a recruitment function independently - building the systems, setting the priorities, and delivering results.
