Role Overview
DAWSON is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead execution of a complex Navy Federal Program. The Program Manager will be responsible for overall program execution, including technical performance, contract compliance, schedule management, financial oversight, and stakeholder engagement.
What You Will Do
Lead overall program execution to ensure successful delivery of contract requirements across cost, schedule, and technical performance objectives. Manage multidisciplinary teams supporting engineering, logistics, technical services, and operational support functions.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Program Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience supporting federal government programs, preferably within DoD or Navy environments.
- 10+ years of experience managing complex programs or large task orders involving technical or engineering services.
- Proven experience in managing federal contracts.
- Demonstrated experience managing program budgets, schedules, staffing, and subcontractors.
- Experience working directly with Government Contracting Officers and Contracting Officer Representatives.
- Strong understanding of federal contracting environments including IDIQ and task order contracts.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage geographically distributed teams and complex program requirements.
- Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills as well as the ability to analyze data and present results, and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- High level of organization and attention to detail.
- Proven ability to prioritize and manage work in a fast-paced environment and lead strong teams through rapidly evolving, complex demands, including multiple projects with dependencies on other teams.
