About the Role We are looking for a Product Manager (Reporting) to join our growing team. You will be responsible for owning dashboards and reports that demonstrate to customers how Hatch contributes to their business outcomes. This role also includes managing our reporting data stack and collaborating directly with customers to scope and build custom reports. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, experienced in product management, and comfortable working with data. Proficiency in SQL is required. Key Responsibilities Own and maintain dashboards and reports that highlight Hatch’s value to customers. Use SQL to query data, validate assumptions, and support decision-making. Work with customers to understand reporting needs and deliver custom reports. Manage and improve the data stack that powers reporting and analytics. Collaborate with engineers and analysts to ensure data accuracy and usability. Document requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Drive sprint planning, backlog grooming, and roadmap execution for reporting initiatives. Ensure reporting features meet usability and performance expectations. What We're Looking For 3–4 years of product management or closely related experience. Proficiency in SQL — comfortable writing queries to pull and analyze data. Strong background in reporting/analytics and working with data-driven products. Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, or similar). Excellent communication and organizational skills. Proven ability to collaborate across teams and manage customer-facing projects. Detail-oriented with a bias for action and learning. Nice to Have Experience working in a startup environment. Familiarity with Python. Exposure to BI tools or dashboard creation.
