Job description: We are seeking a passionate and experienced Product Lead with a focus on mobile application and web development to join our growing API team.As a Product leader, you will play a critical role in the strategic direction setting and execution of our product vision by collaborating closely with the development team to deliver user-friendly and innovative mobile applications. Your primary responsibilities will include driving the product discovery, defining the strategic direction, managing the product backlog, prioritizing features, and defining acceptance criteria, while serving as the “voice of the customer” for mobile experiences. You will work with business stakeholders, developers, and Scrum Masters to ensure the successful delivery of high-impact successful outcomes.The “crew member” is our customer, and this will be a critical role in delivering tangible and valuable outcomes to crew members. Previous experience with mobile application development, UX/UI design principles, and customer-focused features is essential. Familiarity with digital financial or social media-like features and products, or industries like airline, hotel, or travel is a plus. This position has no supervisory responsibilitiesThe good faith salary compensation for this position is 120,000 - 150,000 USD, commensurate with experience.Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand. Hybrid (3 days in office / 2 days remote).Travel
