Job Title: Planning Location: Remote work Hours: 9 AM – 5 PM UK Time Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Planning Drawings, Elevations & Layouts Expert to join our design and planning team. This role requires strong proficiency in CAD tools and a keen understanding of space planning, building elevations, and architectural layouts. The ideal candidate will work closely with clients and internal teams to produce technically sound and visually clear plans that meet both aesthetic and regulatory standards. Key Responsibilities: Create precise planning drawings, elevations, and layout plans using CAD and other design software. Interpret architectural sketches and design briefs to develop full construction-ready plans. Maximize space efficiency while adhering to client specifications and building codes. Ensure all drawings are aligned with UK building regulations and planning guidelines. Collaborate with architects, planners, and contractors to revise and improve drawing packages. Maintain organized records of revisions and drawing sets for project tracking. Meet deadlines and coordinate with stakeholders working across different time zones. Qualifications: Proven experience in architectural planning, CAD drafting, or design layout development. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or equivalent drafting/design tools. Strong understanding of UK planning processes, zoning codes, and building regulations. Excellent attention to detail and visual presentation of technical documents. Ability to manage multiple design projects and adjust to evolving client needs. Strong communication skills to collaborate remotely and provide updates clearly.
