AladdinB2B is looking for a Personal and Team Assistantto work closely with our CEO and the C-Level team.:
We are looking for young, well organized, extremely disciplined, smart, native or fluent English, fast learners, and have at least 6 years of experience working as PA for a CEO before.
The Personal Assistant shall form a mastermind alliance with the CEO. As a Personal Assistant, you will be at the heart of Aladdinb2b. Working alongside the CEO and the team.
Job Specification:
- Business Degree
- At least 6 years of PA and Team assistant experience
- Willing to work remotely or home-based
- With good working space and stable internet connection at home; at least 5MBPS, places with poor or not stable internet connection is not acceptable.
- Experience working with CEO of a Startup is a must
- Fluent in English (Speaking and writing)
Key Skills and characteristics:
- Strong personality to fill the CEO place when he is busy or not available
- Use the following technologies: Google apps (email, drive, calendar), slack, Hubspot, Maqsam, Time Doctor, etc… training you must be a super fast learner.
