Role Overview
As our HR Lead, you'll own the full people operations function, from onboarding through career development, performance, compliance, and culture. You'll work directly with leadership on org design, compensation strategy, and workforce planning, while also being the day-to-day resource employees trust for guidance, support, and clarity.
What You Will Do
Design and deliver a best-in-class onboarding experience, build and manage performance review cycles, serve as the primary resource for employee relations, administer and continuously improve compensation, benefits, and equity programs, and develop and maintain HR policies.

Requirements
- 5+ years in an HR Generalist or HRBP role
- Experience at a high-growth B2B SaaS or tech startup
- Deep knowledge of employment law and HR compliance across multiple states (NY required)
- Proven ability to build HR programs and policies from scratch
- Excellent judgment in sensitive employee relations situations
- Data-fluent: comfortable tracking people metrics and presenting insights clearly to leadership
- Exceptional communicator
- High-ownership mindset
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or related field; SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or PHR a plus
