Job Summary We are seeking a reliable and skilled Bus Driver to join our team to carry out local school contracts The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely transporting passengers to their destinations while ensuring a high level of customer service. This role requires a strong understanding of road safety regulations and the ability to maintain the vehicle in good working condition. Responsibilities Operate the bus in a safe and efficient manner, adhering to all traffic laws and regulations. Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure safety and compliance. Maintain cleanliness and proper functioning of the bus, performing basic maintenance as needed. Assist passengers with boarding and disembarking, providing excellent customer service throughout the journey. Communicate effectively with passengers, addressing any queries or concerns during transit. Keep accurate records of routes, schedules, and passenger counts as required. Report any mechanical issues or accidents promptly to management. Skills Proven experience in commercial driving, preferably with a valid commercial driving licence. Proficiency in English for effective communication with passengers and colleagues. Strong communication skills to interact positively with diverse groups of people.
