Responsibilities:

- Provide nutrition counseling and education to patients and their families(to families, as needed)
- Monitor and evaluate patients' progress and adjust diet plans as needed
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care(as needed)
- Stay up-to-date with the latest research and developments in the field of nutrition

- Strong knowledge of nutrition principles and guidelines
- Ability to assess patients' nutritional needs and develop appropriate diet plans
- Excellent communication skills to effectively educate and counsel patients
