Position Overview As an LPN in the Day Habilitation/Group Home program, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with disabilities by providing essential medical care, maintaining accurate records, and advocating for their health and well-being. Schedule Options Opening 1 Day Shift (rotating schedule) | 7 AM 3 PM Week 1: Sunday, Thursday Week 2: Monday, Friday, Saturday Opening 2 Evening Shift | 3 PM 11 PM Opening 3 Overnight Shift | 11 PM 7 AM Start Date: Approximately two weeks from offer acceptance. Pay Rate: Up to $50/hr Key Responsibilities Deliver medical care and support to individuals in a Day Hab setting Maintain accurate documentation and communicate with healthcare providers Advocate for the medical needs of individuals served Collaborate with the House Manager and care team Qualifications Active LPN license in Massachusetts Experience working with elderly or disabled individuals preferred Ability to pass all required background checks Must be able to lift up to 50lbs If you\'re passionate about providing compassionate care and want to be part of a dedicated team, we\'d love to hear from you!
