Key Responsibilities
- Support the Record Goal functional area as an entry-level Record Goal Expert by utilizing knowledge of company products, services, policies, and Record Goal systems.
- Apply knowledge while communicating with delinquent clients to gather and arrange terms of repayment on outstanding account balances.
- Perform routine conditional tasks, such as accepting inbound calls and making outbound decisions using either an auto-dialer or direct dial framework to determine the reason for delinquency.
- Seek direction from bosses and raise questions and complex issues to Record Goal professionals.
- Connect with the quick Record Goal team on essential Record Goal-related data, as well as internal and external clients.
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 3+ years of Record Goal, client contact, Customer support, or Sales environment experience, or comparable demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.
- A Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.

- Call center customer care experience in the financial services industry.
- Military experience in staff benefits management, handling military workforce requests or changes, wartime status operations, HR, or military recruiting.
