Part-Time Accounts Receivable Specialist (Remote)
Join our team as a Part-Time Accounts Receivable Specialist and play a key role in managing our revenue cycle. In this role, you will work directly with insurance carriers to obtain the documentation needed to process claims and collect outstanding payments on behalf of our clients. Your efforts will have a direct impact on our financial operations and client satisfaction.
Responsibilities include:
• Contact insurance carriers to request required claim documentation.
• Follow up on outstanding claims and payment status.
• Collect payments and ensure accurate documentation is maintained.
• Communicate professionally with insurance representatives and internal team members.
• Maintain organized records and meet collection goals.
Qualifications:
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Previous accounts receivable, medical billing, insurance collections, or related experience is preferred but not required.
Position Details:
• Remote position
• Flexible part-time schedule during business hours (Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM)
• Compensation is commission-based and directly tied to collections.
