Oracle EBS Application Specialist

Avail Infrastructure Solutions is seeking a skilled Oracle EBS Application Specialist to join our team remotely. This position is key to managing, supporting, and optimizing Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) applications that enable our clients to run their enterprise processes smoothly. Key Responsibilities: - Provide support and maintenance for Oracle EBS modules including Financials, SCM, HRMS, or others as needed. - Analyze and resolve application issues in a timely manner. - Assist with Oracle EBS upgrades, patching, and system testing. - Work with business teams to gather requirements and configure EBS modules accordingly. - Develop and maintain functional documentation and user guides. - Collaborate with technical teams on integrations and custom developments. - Train end-users and provide ongoing support to ensure adoption. - Monitor system performance and recommend improvements. Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field. - Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Oracle EBS applications. - Expertise in at least one Oracle EBS module (Financials, SCM, HRMS preferred). - Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. - Experience with Oracle EBS upgrades, patches, and customizations. - Knowledge of SQL and PL/SQL is highly desirable. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and remotely with good time management. - Oracle certifications in EBS modules are a plus.
