About the position Responsibilities • Communicate with research sites to collect essential documents for clinical trials. • Maintain and perform ongoing quality review of trial documents within the Trial Master File (TMF). • Collect, review, organize, and assemble regulatory start-up submissions. • Maintain timelines for study start-up through internal team collaboration. • Communicate with internal teams regarding study progress and maintain study databases. • Procure metrics reports and identify inconsistencies within data for projects. • Conduct qualification, initiation, monitoring, and closeout visits at research sites. • Implement various recruitment strategies for clinical research studies. • Coordinate feasibility assessments and deliver accurate feasibility data. • Evaluate data needs for assigned projects and make recommendations on strategic approaches. • Draft standard documents in accordance with agreed strategy and Sponsor requirements. • Engage in clinical trial management on a day-to-day level. Requirements • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., life sciences, biology, etc.). • Strong communication skills to interact with research sites and internal teams. • Ability to maintain quality and accuracy in documentation and data management. • Familiarity with clinical trial processes and regulatory submissions. Nice-to-haves • Experience in clinical research or related fields. • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and guidelines. • Proficiency in data analysis and database management.
