Location: Remote (Supporting PMI Online Campus) Schedule: 9 hours per week (Flexible scheduling) Type: Part-Time We're seeking an experienced nursing educator to join our online team as a Part-Time Nursing Instructor . In this flexible, asynchronous role, you'll guide nursing students through course materials, provide academic support, and help maintain our program's high standards - all while working remotely on your schedule. Facilitate asynchronous online instruction via our LMS (Blackboard preferred) Provide timely, constructive feedback on student assignments (typically within 72 hours) Monitor student progress and proactively reach out to those needing additional support Maintain regular virtual office hours for student consultations Participate in occasional virtual faculty meetings and training sessions Assist with course content updates as needed Master's degree in Nursing or related field (or equivalent certification) Active, unencumbered RN license 15+ semester credit hours in nursing education 2+ years of clinical nursing experience Proficiency with LMS platforms (Blackboard experience preferred) Strong written communication skills for online instruction Previous online teaching experience Familiarity with asynchronous learning best practices Experience with student retention strategies Pay Rate: $30.00-$31.00 per hour Professional Development: Access to continuing education opportunities Flexibility: Fully remote work with asynchronous scheduling Retirement: 401(k) options available Please submit: *This is a part-time position requiring approximately 9 hours per week.
