Job Description: • Provides traveling pharmacist support to Micro Pharmacy and Uro Onc locations to support facility start‑ups, operational readiness, stabilization, and temporary coverage during staffing shortages or increased business needs. • Ensures full compliance with all applicable regulations, Company Policies, Corporate Standards, Health and Safety requirements, and quality system expectations related to pharmacy operations. • Performs core pharmacist duties in accordance with established workflows, including the preparation, compounding, dispensing, and processing of radiopharmaceutical orders with accuracy and consistency. • Executes required quality, safety, and compliance activities to support safe pharmacy operations, including quality control testing, equipment checks, radiation surveys, documentation, and timely completion of required Quality and Compliance training. • Identifies, reports, and takes appropriate corrective action on quality, safety, or compliance concerns in accordance with company and regulatory requirements. • Supports daily pharmacy operations during assigned shifts by following established policies, procedures, and standard operating practices. • Provides hands‑on training, onboarding, and procedural support to pharmacists and pharmacy staff at new and existing locations to ensure consistent execution of workflows, best practices, and standard operating procedures. • Supports the transition and readiness of the pharmacist designated to permanently support each location, ensuring continuity of care, operational stability, and sustained independent operations. • Assists with the development, refinement, and standardization of workflows, best practices, and standard operating procedures across Micro Pharmacy and Uro Onc facilities. • Maintains operational readiness by supporting inventory management, medical waste processing, reusable supply maintenance, and a clean, organized, and compliant laboratory environment. Requirements: • Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) or Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy. • Active pharmacist licensure, or eligibility for licensure, with willingness to obtain additional state licenses as required to support business and operational needs. • Willingness to become an authorized user of radioactive materials, as required for the role. • Willingness to work on an on‑call basis, including the ability to arrive at the pharmacy within 45 minutes when required. • Ability to accommodate shift changes based on business needs. • Willingness to travel regularly (approximately 50–70%) to support start‑ups of new Micro Pharmacy and Uro-Onc locations and to provide temporary operational coverage at existing sites as business needs require. • Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record. • No three or more driving violations within the past 36 months and no DWI/DUI conviction within the past 36 months. • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. • Willingness to submit to a background check and drug screening. • Authorized to work in the United States. • Ability to meet customer‑mandated on‑site requirements, including proof of COVID‑19 vaccination, as applicable.
