About the position Responsibilities • Manage bookkeeping for multiple clients in various industries. • Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy in financial data. • Prepare financial reports, including profit and loss statements and balance sheets. • Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes. • Utilize financial software to maintain records accurately. Requirements • Proficiency in accounting principles. • Strong technical accounting skills. • Proficiency in QuickBooks Desktop and QuickBooks Online. • Experience with financial software applications. • Knowledge of tax regulations and compliance. • Familiarity with corporate accounting practices. • Excellent typing skills for data entry accuracy. • Understanding of governmental accounting standards.
