About the position
The Manager of Program Management at Starbucks will lead the development of the Network Optimization Operating Plan, which is crucial for aligning the company's long-term strategic goals within the Global Supply Chain. Responsibilities
• Develop and own the 12-18-month Network Optimization Operating Plan for Global Supply Chain teams.
• Ensure alignment of proposed programs, projects, and strategies, communicating effectively with stakeholders.
• Adapt to shifting priorities and coach others in managing program health and priorities.
• Influence decision-makers and balance risk across multiple projects and functions.
• Drive alignment across senior leaders and influence cross-functional teams.
• Nurture a cohesive team committed to project and program success.
• Engage in purposeful development conversations to guide partners in their growth and performance.
• Establish role clarity and structure to keep the team solution-oriented and achieving objectives.
Requirements
• 8 years of experience applying industry-based project management methodologies and tools.
• 8 years of experience managing complex large-scale business or IT projects.
• 8 years of experience building and mentoring teams.
• 6 years of experience mentoring other project managers in program and project management.
• 8 years of general business experience in large, matrixed organizations.
