Job description: Job Overview:The Master Data Analyst role communicates with the National Accounts Sales teams to understand pricing/promotion strategy, set up stores and items, enter pricing in ORDER APP, create custom pricing reports/trackers, oversee day to day operation & validation of pricing systems, and work with Customer Solutions to troubleshoot/resolve pricing discrepancies and deductions. They will be in contact with our bottling partners and Walmart sales teams daily, providing item and pricing support information and guidance. This person will report to the Pricing Manager over National Accounts.This position is based in our Frisco, TX office and will have a hybrid schedule (3 days in the office and 2 days remote).Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the Walmart new item setup process through collaboration with Master Data, Walmart NA team, Finance Master Data team, and Walmart Home Office. Create, track, and price new items using Retail Link, STIBO/CRM, Sharepoint, and ORDER APP. Create monthly ad-hoc item reports using Excel to assist bottler and distributor staff, Walmart NA team, and Finance Master Data team.
• Responsible for collecting, analyzing, and maintaining Brand pricing by region or category (CSD, Water, Energy, Coffee, Premium, etc.) in ORDER APP for Walmart sub chains. Work with the NRS and Sales pricing teams to align packaging and pricing prior to start dates of pricing events. Analyze gaps in price collection by brand, package, and bottler. Analyze and correct errors received during transmit or back from accounts. Work with bottlers & National Accounts Team to fill in pricing gaps and ensure brand/package pricing by bottler is transmitted and received at the store level prior to promotional effective dates.
• Provide Customer Service support for bottlers and their stores. Resolve store level complaints/inquires, local bottler service complaints, registration/other user base inquiries involving pricing OKTA/WIRE/ORDER APP.
• Recommend, test, and implement system and process improvements to gain efficiency, eliminate redundancies, reduce expenses, and meet business demands. This can and does include performing a needs analysis, formulating recommendations, working with IT to test, and implementing recommendations.
• Create daily/monthly/quarterly customized reports to meet standard and ad-hoc requests from the National Accounts Sales Team, Sales Organization Management, and Walmart for pricing.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution or equivalent experience
• Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, advanced analytical skills, quality, and strong organizational skills
• An understanding of how to manipulate large datasets, combined with strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills, analysis both quantitative and qualitative
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook (using advanced functions in MS Excel such as pivot tables, V look ups and some base knowledge of MS Access).
• Has intellectual curiosity; has the ability to dig into root causes and suggest process improvements.
• Experience using Retail Link / Luminate would be considered a plus.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
