About the role:
This role will play a key part in strengthening brand positioning, supporting commercial growth, and increasing industry visibility, particularly within the aviation and inflight entertainment (IFE) ecosystem.
Working closely with the Director of Commercial & Growth, the position ensures alignment between marketing, sales strategy, and broader business objectives.
This is an ideal opportunity for a profile with 1-3 years of experience looking to grow within a fast-paced, international and commercially driven environment.
About the responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy & Positioning
Support the development and execution of the group marketing strategy.
Ensure consistent messaging and positioning across Conetic and its companies.
Contribute to value proposition development and competitive differentiation.
Support go-to-market initiatives for digital and product solutions.
Industry Events & Visibility
Plan and execute participation in key industry events (AIX, APEX, PEC, markets).
Event Planning and Marketing materials.
Speaking opportunities.
Meeting and networking strategies.
Manage pre- and post-event communication and follow-ups.
Content & Communication
Develop and manage external communications, including:
LinkedIn content
Website updates
Newsletters and press releases
Create marketing and commercial materials:
Pitch decks
One-pagers
Case studies
RFP support content
Ensure communication is clear, structured, and commercially impactful.
Commercial Alignment
Work closely with the commercial team to:
Support RFP processes and proposals.
Align messaging with account strategy and client positioning.
Translate commercial priorities into strong marketing narratives.
Brand & Digital Presence
Maintain and evolve brand identity and positioning.
Support digital presence across platforms and campaigns.
Ensure alignment between Conetic’s companies storytelling.
Internal Coordination & Culture
Act as a central point for marketing alignment across teams (Commercial, Content, Operations, Technology).
Ensure consistency in communication and delivery.
Organize internal events and initiatives across Conetic companies, with the objective of:
Strengthening company culture
Enhancing team engagement
Fostering collaboration and a positive working environment
About you:
1-3 years of experience in marketing, communications, or related roles.
Strong written and verbal communication skills (English required).
Ability to translate complex concepts into clear and compelling messaging.
Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a dynamic, international environment.
Strong interest in aviation, media, technology, or digital sectors.
