About the position Responsibilities • Lead a team in developing and deploying data analytics and tools to drive compliance and inform business decision-making. • Support multiple initiatives to evaluate, define, design, implement, measure, monitor, and control business process improvements and tools. • Partner with functional experts to provide real-time tool support and solutions. • Deploy new tool capabilities from the Digital Transformation Office. • Collaborate with other sectors to share best practices and technology. • Oversee tools issue resolution and manage critical updates to information within the tools. • Identify and recommend risk mitigation strategies for complex functional issues. • Provide adequate resourcing and oversight for organizational goals execution. • Foster relationships with internal and external customers. • Interface with executive management for data visualization reporting. Requirements • Bachelor's degree and at least 10 years of relevant IT experience, or a Master's degree and 8 years of relevant experience. • At least 3 years of experience in Data Analytics. • Experience as a functional manager of IT professionals. • Ability to influence change through relationship building and collaboration. • Demonstrated organizational skills and ability to prioritize work. Nice-to-haves • Experience as a Scrum Master, Product Owner, or Agile Coach. • Experience as a program or project manager. • Experience in Program Management, Agile, Lean, or DevSecOps. • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business, Science, or Technology. • Experience with Tableau, SQL, and Executive Dashboards. • Northrop Grumman Cross-sector experience. • Experience in the Aerospace Industry.
