Position Summary
We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and
relationship-driven LinkedIn Outreach & CRM Setter who will manage
LinkedIn conversations, nurture leads, maintain CRM records, and schedule sales
calls.
This is not a sales-closing role. The VA's primary
responsibility is to initiate conversations, build rapport, nurture prospects,
and book qualified discovery calls for Felisa.
Initially, the role will focus on LinkedIn outreach for
approximately 10 hours per week, with opportunities to expand into
Executive Assistant and administrative responsibilities as the business grows.
Key Responsibilities
LinkedIn Outreach
Send
daily LinkedIn connection requests
Send
first-touch outreach messages using Felisa's messaging framework
Personalize
messages where appropriate to sound natural and human
Review
previous conversations before responding
Continue
conversations naturally while maintaining Felisa's tone of voice
Build
genuine relationships instead of sending robotic messages
Lead Nurturing
Follow
up with prospects based on Felisa's nurturing sequence
Keep
conversations active without appearing overly sales-focused
Send
newsletters or lead magnets when appropriate
Identify
warm leads and continue nurturing them
Know
when to pause conversations and re-engage after weeks or months

client welcomes suggestions and ideas but expects the VA to discuss them
before implementing changes.
Long-term
potential is very important—the client hopes to grow this role into a
broader Executive Assistant position.
The
client prefers authenticity over aggressive sales tactics.
Experience
communicating with CEOs, senior leaders, and corporate professionals is a
strong advantage.
The
client is not looking for content creation support. She wants to remain
the voice behind her content, though future assistance with scheduling
posts may be helpful.
