Job Description:
• Deliver service that provides agents with time and peace of mind
• Take ownership of every possible task appropriate for a coordinator
• Anticipate agents' needs
• Coordinate real estate deals and manage a high volume of transactions
• Manage all paperwork related to the transaction
• Support multiple agents while building relationships
• Guide clients through the closing process
• Ensure all contractual deadlines are met and mitigate risk
• Drive agent and client satisfaction by providing support that meets service excellence standards
Requirements:
• A real estate license is required
• One year of real estate contract experience, with strong contractual and disclosure knowledge
• One year of customer service experience is required
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational and interpersonal skills
• Clear and concise verbal and written communication
• Proficient in basic technologies (internet search, customer relationship tools) and the aptitude to learn new technologies
• Experience using email and phone to communicate with clients and other parties required
• Calm demeanor when resolving issues and communicating with agents and clients
• Experience juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong sense of accountability for the agent and client experience
