W e are looking for a Leasing Appointment Scheduler is responsible for coordinating and scheduling property showings, assisting prospective tenants, and ensuring a seamless leasing process. The ideal candidate is customer service-oriented, highly organized, and comfortable handling high call volumes . Handle incoming inquiries from prospective tenants via phone, email, and online platforms. Schedule and confirm property showings with leasing agents and prospective renters. Maintain an up-to-date calendar of property availability and leasing appointments. Follow up with leads and provide information about available properties, pricing, and requirements. Update and manage leasing software or CRM systems with appointment details and lead status. Communicate with property managers and leasing agents to coordinate showings. Provide outstanding customer service by addressing tenant inquiries and concerns professionally. Requirements Previous experience in customer service, scheduling, leasing, or property management is preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and manage a high volume of calls and inquiries. Proficiency in YARDI Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.
