Job description: Hybrid Lead Generation & Marketing Role - Grow Our Business!Health & Benefits Partners (East Norriton, PA) is seeking a motivated Lead Generation & Marketing Associate to fuel our growth in the small to mid-sized business health insurance market.Your Mission: Find and engage potential clients (businesses with 100 or fewer employees) interested in tailored health insurance and financial planning services for our sister company, Certior Financial. No direct sales or closing required!What You'll Do:

• Generate Leads: Utilize ZoomInfo, purchased leads, LinkedIn, AI tools, networking events, and website Live Chat.
• Run Marketing Campaigns: Create emails (using Pardot), manage contact lists (Salesforce & Pardot), assist with Google Ads, coordinate client events, develop referral programs, and create marketing materials.
• Support Sales: Schedule appointments and gather prospect info for our sales team.

You'll Thrive If You:

• Have 3-5 years of marketing and lead generation experience.
• Are comfortable using email, LinkedIn, and the phone for lead development.
• Enjoy a hybrid work environment (3 days in office, 2 days remote).
• Are tech-savvy and eager to learn new tools.
• Are driven, independent, and have excellent communication skills.

Bonus Points For:

• Health insurance industry experience.
• Experience with Salesforce, Pardot, Zoom Info, Google Ads, ChatGPT, and blog posting.
