Lead Finance AI Specialist

Employment Type: Part Time Start Date: Rolling, As soon as possible Department: Finance & Accounting Role responsibilities: ● Translate complex finance concepts into AI-readable formats. ● Prompt, test, and refine AI agents for improved domain-specific performance. ● Create reusable instructions, templates, and best practices for AI agents. ● Potential to collaborate asynchronously with AI researchers on validation and design. Minimum requirements: ● Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. ● Bachelor's degree or greater in Business, Accounting, Finance, Financial, Marketing, Economics, Advertising, Communication, Sales. ● 2+ years of experience in finance, investment banking, private equity, or hedge fund experience preferred. ● Strong practical understanding of financial modeling, transactions, or research workflows. ● Demonstrated expertise using and prompting AI tools (e.g., GPT, Claude, etc.). ● Ability to write clear, structured content for both human and AI consumption. ● Self-directed, highly organized, and able to work independently. Compensation: The compensation for this role is $100 – $150 / hr.
