This is an exciting opportunity for a Business Analyst or Product Owner to join the US Product team within Form3.

This role will act as a product expert for both internal teams and external stakeholders, driving continuous improvement and providing clarity on Form3’s full US Payments product suite.

With previous experience working within US Payments, you will be supporting the wider team to make informed decisions, making a meaningful impact on the build and delivery of Form3’s Payments products across the US.

Form3’s Product team is a central function within the business, so we are looking for an ambitious and versatile Business Analyst / Product Owner who can act autonomously, whilst also working well as a key player within a wider team.

Within Form3, Business Analysts / Product Owners do not just document requirements; they are central to innovation, trusted with product ownership tasks and surrounded by a high-calibre team of experts.

This role sits within the US Product team, where the key focus is to build and run best-in-class payments services. It is a fast-paced, collaborative team who are proud of Form3's product offerings.

INTERVIEW PROCESS✍️

Stage One: Screening Call with the Talent Team

Stage Two: Team Interview with a Senior Business Analyst and Senior Product Manager

Stage Three: Zoom Interview with two Heads of Product

Stage Four: Executive Review with the Chief Product Officer

We always aim to stick to the above process; however, there may be occasions when an additional interview stage is required for us to be sure we are hiring the right person!
