Jr UX Designer

Job Description We are looking for a product designer with 1-3 years of UX design experience to join Triveous and help us in our journey to create beautiful, usable and tech products. They will be responsible for understanding and executing the entire design lifecycle of various projects which includes creating user personas, user research, mapping user journeys, creating prototypes and testing them out with actual users. Experience in communicating design inputs, decisions and outputs with key stakeholders is a definite plus. Since this is a remote role, you would need to be self motivated and proactive in all the work that you do. Tasks and Responsibilities • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and user needs. • Develop user personas, journey maps, and other design artefacts to guide the design process. • Design intuitive interfaces and prototypes across varying fidelities. • Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights. • Define, track, and analyse key user experience metrics. • Utilize quantitative and qualitative research to generate meaningful insights that will drive creative concepts Skills and Requirements • 1–3 years of experience in UX/Product Design, with a strong portfolio showcasing relevant work. • Proficiency in designing for mobile and web applications. • Strong understanding of user journey mapping and complex workflows. • Hands-on experience with prototyping tools like Figma, Sketch, or equivalent. • Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities. • Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional, remote teams. • Detail-oriented and passionate about crafting exceptional user experiences.
