Jr. Staff Accountant

We are looking for a Jr. Staff Accountant to join our growing Finance team! This is a full time hourly, W2 position with full benefits and 100% work from home! We're looking for someone with excellent communication and organizational skills who wants to grow their career with a rapidly growing company. • Maintain and organize all customer records • Process all customer and vendor invoices and credit memos • Collect and process payment from customers and vendors, and accurately record it into the system • Manage a weekly collection process: calls and emails • Research, track and resolve any issues • Protect organization's value by keeping information confidential • Review and enter new customer and vendor information • Assist AR Specialist, AP Specialist and CFO with financial audits if required • Ad-hoc projects, reporting and account reconciliations, and other assignments as needed to support the finance team Experience • 3+ years of hands-on accounting experience • Advanced Excel Skills (pivots, lookups). • High school diploma, or equivalent • Associates or Bachelors degree in Accounting or related field (Preferred) • Advanced Excel Skills (pivots, lookups) • Demonstrates a high level of customer service ability. • To be successful in this role, you should have attention to detail • Has the ability to work independently, creative problem solve, and work through ambiguity. • Must have the ability to multi-task in a fast paced and deadline driven environment.
