The Role:
As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for:
- Demonstrating commitment to our company's philosophy, mission, values, and vision
- Applying specialized knowledge to screen, qualify, and select candidates according to brand/client standards
- Developing and maintaining a consistent flow of qualified candidates through active and passive sourcing
- Maintaining internal databases to capture accurate candidate/prospect information
- Building strong working relationships with internal sales and recruiting teams
- Communicating effectively with applicants, clients, and stakeholders
What We Look For:
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of professional customer service experience
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team

- Understanding of the healthcare industry and active affiliation with healthcare organizations

Compensation and Benefits:
We offer a competitive salary, commission, and a comprehensive benefits package, including:
