As a PCA, you will be responsible for scheduling patient appointments, preparing for upcoming visits, and connecting patients with their doctors. You will be the first point of contact for patients, providing exceptional service and ensuring a seamless healthcare journey.
To succeed in this role, you should possess:
- A positive, empathetic attitude and a genuine desire to help others
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to connect with patients and team members
- A willingness to learn and grow, with a commitment to developing new skills and knowledge
- Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and experience with remote platforms (EMR systems, PatientSync, Phone Systems, Microsoft Teams)
- A high school diploma or equivalent, and at least 1 year of customer service experience
