- Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Working closely with our overseas admin team to ensure seamless communication and collaboration
- Managing your workload and prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines and achieve goals
- Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge
- Collaborating with the team to achieve shared goals and objectives
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:- Excellent organizational skills and task management ability
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse stakeholders
- Native U.S. English speaker with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage your time effectively
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in using modern business tools, such as ZenDesk, Slack, and JIRA
