Our client, a London based charity specialising in health care, is looking for a temporary HR Adviser to provide general HR support and guidance to the rest of the organisation. This is a part time role, 24 28 hours per week, with 1- 2 days on site in Whitechapel, and the remainder remote. This role will be running for 3 months in the first instance. General responsibilities include: Support, advise and provide guidance to line managers on HR related queries and application of HR policy and process, ensuring escalation of complex issues as appropriate. First point of contact on Employee Relations issues, supporting case work and ensuring escalation of any complex situations as appropriate. Oversee the management of the generic Payroll and HR inboxes. Overseeing and reconciling the monthly payroll process, ensuring accuracy and providing reports as required. Skills, experience and qualifications required: CIPD level 5 qualification, or equivalent experience. Proven... relationship building / stakeholder management skills.
