Job Type: • Must have CPA firm experience Full time, W2 Location: REMOTE within the US Compensation: $70,000- $75,000 DOE CPA firm is looking for a full-time Experienced Senior Bookkeeper, with recent public accounting experience, to join their Client Accounting Services (CAS) team. As an Experienced Bookkeeper, your responsibilities will include: • Assigning all new Accounting Services clients to the appropriate staff person. • Reassigning jobs to maintain level workload with effective delegation of work to team members. • Monitoring workload and status of work deliverables. • Developing standards and procedures to ensure consistency of general services jobs. • Providing timely and meaningful feedback to CAS Director for use in annual evaluations of staff members. • Review financial statements prepared by staff on multiple bases of accounting. • Meet with current and prospective clients to assess needs, make recommendations for bookkeeping procedures and technology offerings, and provide training as needed. • Provide client support as needed. Education, experience, and skills: • Minimum of 5 years experience as a full charge bookkeeper • Accounting or Business degree required • Well-rounded knowledge and technical skills in the area of bookkeeping services. • Experience using and knowledge of QuickBooks Online and QuickBooks Desktop. • Ability to lead, direct and instruct CAS associates. • Ability to work in a professional manner with confidence and ease in the presence of staff and client representatives. • Ability to delegate effectively. 1003525 Apply Job!  Simple Application Process Ready to join us?
