Job Description:
As a Data Entry Specialist at Workwarp, you will be responsible for entering customer and staff data into our computer databases, maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our records, and performing various clerical duties to support our office administrator. Key Responsibilities:
- Enter alphabetic, numeric, or symbolic data from source documents into our computer databases using an online computer terminal or personal computer.
- Verify results according to established procedures and recognize and correct errors in original data prior to processing.
- Identify deficiencies in source documents and return them to the originator for correction, ensuring that our records are accurate and up-to-date.
- Maintain customer and staff databases, performing regular updates and ensuring that all information is accurate and complete.
- Perform various clerical duties to support our office administrator, including maintaining computerized departmental records and performing file maintenance tasks.
