This internship provides an opportunity to gain practical experience in various HR functions and build a solid foundation for a successful career in Human Resources. Key Responsibilities: Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, and interview coordination Support onboarding and exit formalities to ensure smooth employee transitions Maintain and update HR documentation and records while ensuring confidentiality Coordinate and support employee engagement initiatives and internal communications Assist in compliance-related tasks, including adherence to labor laws and internal HR policies Draft HR letters, memos, and official communications as required Support various day-to-day HR operations and administrative activities Eligibility Criteria: Students pursuing or recently completed MBA (HR) Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills Basic understanding of HR compliance, labor laws, and policy frameworks Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work well within a team What You Will Gain: Hands-on experience in core HR functions Exposure to real-time recruitment and employee lifecycle processes Insight into compliance and employee engagement practices Internship Certificate Opportunity to work alongside experienced HR professionals in a dynamic work environment.
