About the position The Human Resources Admin Assistant at Westerman, Inc. plays a crucial role in supporting the HR department, focusing on recruiting, staffing, onboarding, and HR reporting functions. This position provides clerical and administrative support to the operations of the Tulsa facility, ensuring efficient HR processes and maintaining accurate records. Responsibilities Finds and attracts qualified applicants for open positions using efficient recruiting methods. , Coordinates with staffing agencies to interview and place candidates. , Onboards new hires in the payroll system, ensuring all documents are completed timely. , Maintains reports of temporary employees and timecards for agency employees. , Assists employees with benefits enrollment and orders uniforms for eligible employees. , Ensures job descriptions are detailed and updated as needed. , Provides clerical support for other departments as needed. , Performs other related duties as required and assigned. Requirements High school diploma or GED required. , Minimum of 1-year recent recruiting experience preferred. , Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed expectations in a fast-paced office environment. , Previous HR experience required. , Strong initiative, self-awareness, and organizational skills required. , Extreme attention to detail and analytical skills required. , Professional verbal and written communication skills required. , Demonstrated ability to maintain strict confidentiality required. , Strong Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills required. Nice-to-haves Previous experience with HRIS and applicant tracking system preferred. , Ability to make formal presentations preferred.
