Human Resource Trainee

Jetzy is looking for an energetic, curious, and driven Human Resources trainee. This role is focused on talent acquisition and performance management. HR trainee will be involved in recruiting new talent, coordinating with management and different functional areas to assign new talent for various projects and be a resource for new hires for any information and all HR related issues. HR trainees will play a key role in contributing to the growth of the Jetzy team. This is an incredible opportunity to be on the ground with a startup from the inception of the product and gain an in-depth entrepreneurial skill set. Responsibilities -Develop an understanding of Jetzy’s culture and possess the ability to communicate the culture to prospective employees/trainees -Assist in the recruitment process — updating the candidate’s information in our applicant tracking system, pre-screening candidates, and conducting interviews -Assist in the distribution and delivery of recruiting materials -Provide knowledge and insight on different HR tasks and duties -Assist and coordinate with other team members to complete daily tasks -Must be an active user on the Jetzy app (post, like, and comment on a daily basis) Apply Job!
