In this role, you will assist clients with finding vacation options that fit their interests, lifestyle, and budget while helping coordinate the details that bring each trip together. Whether it's a luxury resort stay, cruise vacation, family adventure, group getaway, or international journey, you'll help travelers confidently navigate the planning process from start to finish.
This opportunity is ideal for individuals who enjoy building relationships, providing exceptional service, and working independently in a flexible remote environment. No prior travel industry experience is required. We provide comprehensive training, mentorship, and ongoing support to help you succeed.
Responsibilities
Consult with clients to understand their travel preferences, goals, and expectations
Research destinations, accommodations, cruises, vacation packages, and travel experiences
Present customized travel options tailored to client needs and budgets
Coordinate travel services including lodging, transportation, tours, activities, and excursions
Assist clients throughout the planning, reservation, and confirmation process
Provide timely responses to inquiries and travel-related questions
Collaborate with supplier partners to secure reservations and verify travel details
Manage itinerary updates, booking information, and travel documentation
Maintain organized records of client interactions and travel arrangements
Stay current on destination information, travel trends, and promotional opportunities
Deliver a high level of customer care throughout the client journey
Qualifications
Interest in travel, hospitality, customer support, sales, or client-focused services
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Ability to work independently and manage responsibilities effectively
Comfortable using computers, online applications, and digital communication tools
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and follow-through skills
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Self-motivated, reliable, and professional
Must be at least 18 years of age
Must reside in the United States, United Kingdom, Mexico, Spain, Australia, or another approved hiring region
