About the Head of People role

We are looking for an outstanding Head of People to help guide us and our business through a critical moment of evolution and growth. As a key partner to the executive team and a steward of our culture, you’ll have full ownership of all People-related programs and systems, from performance management to organizational design and operational infrastructure.

This is a high-impact, high-trust leadership role at the heart of our company. We’re looking for a hands-on, growth-oriented leader who can drive change fast, enable velocity, and elevate organizational performance to world-class standards. You’ll be responsible for building a high-performing, values-driven organization with relentless accountability, ensuring Float attracts and retains the highest-calibre talent in the world.

The ideal candidate combines sharp business acumen with decisive action—unafraid to restructure teams, roll out new frameworks, or deliver hard truths with clarity and conviction.
