About the Role

As Head of Growth at Richpanel, you'll own the entire demand generation strategy—from channel experimentation to content-led growth to marketing operations. You'll be our first dedicated growth hire with the mission to diversify our demo pipeline, build owned audience assets, and create sustainable growth engines that complement our strong word-of-mouth motion.

This isn't a brand marketing role. This is about driving qualified pipeline through systematic experimentation, ruthless prioritization, and scrappy execution.

Mission

Build a scalable, diversified demand generation engine that adds 50+ qualified demos per month from new marketing channels within 6 months.

Success = Scale from 100 to 250+ demos/month through marketing channels (partnerships owns the other +50) while launching 2+ new high-ROI channels.
