Role Overview

As the Head of Deal Desk and Strategy at Vanta, you will own the strategy, structure, and execution of our global Deal Desk function, driving Sales velocity while protecting commercial integrity across every deal Vanta closes.

What You Will Do

Lead and grow a global Deal Desk team, own deal strategy, improve frameworks, and partner with Sales leadership, Accounting, Legal, and Finance to ensure deal structures are compliant.

Why It Might Be a Fit

8-10 years of Deal Desk, Deal Strategy or related commercial experience in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment, with at least 3-4 years in a people leadership role.
