Job Description Oversee the delivery of payroll services across multiple global locations. Ensure benefits administration is conducted in compliance with international regulations. Lead and manage the payroll and benefits team. Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance efficiency. Collaborate with HR and finance teams to align payroll and benefits with company strategy. Resolve any payroll and benefits related issues promptly. Manage relationships with payroll and benefits vendors. Stay updated on the latest trends and changes in payroll and benefits regulations. The Successful Applicant A successful Global Payroll & Benefits Manager should have: Extensive knowledge of payroll processes and benefits management. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Solid understanding of international payroll and benefits regulations. Ability to develop and implement effective policies and procedures. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve issues promptly. What's on Offer Competitive salary range of $75,000 - $110,000 USD. Discretionary annual bonus.
