Role : GenAI / AI-ML Engineer
Location : Remote
Salary : $130k – $135k
We are looking for experienced GenAI / AI ML Engineers to design, implement, and scale agent driven AI systems using modern LLM architectures. The role focuses on RAG pipelines, intent resolution, multi agent orchestration, tool usage, and evaluation frameworks, with deep hands-on work on AWS Bedrock and agent runtimes.

Must Have:
• AWS Bedrock (Knowledge Bases, embedding models, Claude LLMs)
• AgentCore (Runtime, Memory, Identity, Gateway)
• Strands Agents SDK or similar agentic frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph)
• RAG architecture — chunking strategies, embedding models, hybrid search (semantic + keyword)
• Prompt engineering — system prompts, few-shot, chain-of-thought, intent classification prompts
• Python (primary language for agent/tool development)
• Multi-agent orchestration patterns — tool routing, parallel execution, result aggregation
• LLM cost optimization — token management, context window strategies, summary vs. full result patterns
• Entity extraction and NLP concepts — intent classification, entity resolution, alias mapping
• Evaluation frameworks — offline eval, LLM-as-judge, accuracy benchmarking (RAGAS or similar)
