Position Overview:
We’re currently looking for focused and dependable individuals to join our third shift team. This is a 100% remote position, and it requires someone who is confident working independently during overnight hours.
Our third shift operators play a critical role — they are often the only point of contact available for patients, providers, and businesses after hours. You will be working without direct supervision, so it’s essential that you’re self-motivated, attentive, and take pride in doing things right the first time.

What You’ll Do:
- Answer incoming calls professionally and follow client-specific instructions
- Relay urgent messages to on-call staff using proper protocols
- Accurately document and dispatch messages in real time
- Stay composed and helpful — even during emotional or high-pressure calls
- Navigate multiple systems while managing live calls
- Maintain strict confidentiality and HIPAA compliance
Requirements:
- Must live in North Carolina
- Must be available for full-time third shift hours (typically between 10 PM and 8 AM)
- Must be comfortable working independently and taking ownership of your role
- Strong communication skills — both spoken and written
- Fast, accurate typing and multitasking ability
- Quiet home workspace with a reliable, high-speed wired internet connection (Wi-Fi alone is not sufficient)
- Prior call center or healthcare experience is a plus
- Professionalism and emotional maturity are a must
