Forensic Accounting Summer Internship

Join J.S. Held as a Forensic Accounting Intern, analyzing financial data and supporting client services. Your Role: Key responsibilities include: • Assisting in measuring commercial insurance claims and other assignments. • Using Excel to create schedules for business interruption losses. • Drafting requests for documentation for analysis. • Preparing written reports and narratives for clients. • Organizing documentation and inputting data for financial investigations. • Assisting with various insurance claim-related and litigation projects. About You: The ideal candidate will have: • Junior or Senior status pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Math with a minimum GPA of 3.0. • Completion of accounting courses before the internship starts. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). • Interest in Forensic Accounting. • Excellent communication skills and teamwork ability. • Proficiency in written and spoken English. • Ability to work remotely from 9 - 5 Pacific Time.
