Job Description:
• Taking 4-6, one hour long sales calls per day on zoom booked for you from warm inbound leads, in order to enroll high ticket clients into one of our personal training packages
• Showing up to daily sales meetings, and conducting 20-30 minutes/day of daily reporting and administrative activities
• Working directly with appointment setters to close deals into the coaching program.
Requirements:
• You must be able to commit full time hours (at least 40 hours/week including some evenings and weekends)
• If your English is not great (you cannot communicate on phone with proper grammar, and speak fluently), please do not apply
• If you do not like to work hard, work fast, and collaborate in a team environment, do not apply.
• If you like to be paid off of PERFORMANCE (meaning the results you bring to the company) rather than hourly pay, this is for you.
• If you are LOYAL, and want to have a long term relationship with your employer who will treat you the right way for years to come, this is for you.
• If you have experience with closing high ticket deals (or any kind of in person sales experience - insurance, outbound prospecting/cold-calling, door-2-door sales, etc), this is for you.
