ClearBridge Technology Group is a privately held, fast growing technology services firm. They are looking for a Finance Associate to join their back office team, responsible for supporting client accounts and ensuring accurate financial transactions.
Responsibilities
- Review and approve all client-related timesheets & expenses
- Review and approve consultant travel expense on a weekly basis
- Process invoicing and payroll on a weekly basis
- Add all applicable employee data into client billing systems
- Support the EVP of Finance and the Payroll Manager as needed
- Two shifts assisting the back office team to cover resume formatting
- Learn the full client scheduling function to provide backup to other team members

- Team player and willingness to support all areas of accounting as needed
