Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Virtual Customer Support Associate to join our team in Maharashtra. As a Virtual Customer Support Associate, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, responding to their requests via phone, chat, and/or email. Your primary objective will be to prevent issues, solve queries, and delight our customers. You will utilize various tools to navigate, research, and review solutions, communicating effectively with customers to ensure their needs are met.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, chat, and/or email in a timely and professional manner
- Utilize various tools to navigate, research, and review solutions to customer queries
- Communicate effectively with customers to ensure their needs are met and provide exceptional support experiences
- Prevent issues, solve queries, and delight customers to ensure high customer satisfaction
- Work varying shifts from Monday to Sunday within operating hours, including rotating shifts (early, late, overnight, weekend, and overtime as required)
- Maintain a quiet, distraction-free workspace with a dedicated office space, desk, and chair
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following essential qualifications:
- Minimum age: 18 years old
- Right to work in India
- Strong communication skills in English (both written and oral fluency)
- Availability to work varying shifts from Monday to Sunday within operating hours
- Willingness and ability to work in rotating shifts (i.e., early, late, overnight, weekend, and overtime as required)
- A quiet, distraction-free workspace with a dedicated office space, desk, and chair
- Minimum broadband connection of 100MB download speed and 20MB upload speed using a hard-wire Ethernet internet connection (no Wi-Fi)
